Justin Mohn Competent To Stand Trial For Beheading Dad A 32-year-old Levittown man who beheaded his dad and posted an approximately 14-minute-long video showing the head on YouTube is competent to stand trial, the Bucks County District Attorney's Office announced on Thursday, Aug. 1.  Justin Mohn allegedly shot and beheaded his government employee dad, 68-year-old Michael F.
