DUI Mustang Driver Charged In Double Fatal I-95 Crash Expected To Surrender, Police Say
A driver charged in an I-95 crash that killed two men from Kyrgyzstan last spring is expected to surrender to authorities in Philadelphia on Tuesday, Sept. 2, Pennsylvania State Police said.
