ChesCo Man Nabbed For Public Indecency Around Children: Police A 24-year-old Chester County man was arrested on multiple charges for exposing himself in front of children, authorities said. Officers were called to the unit block of Liverpool Court, where a homeowner reported seeing a man, identified as Terence Henderson, peeing around the corner of her home around 1 p.m. on Sept. 6, Oxford police said. The resident apparently told police that there were children around at the time. The Oxford man was arrested on Sept. 12 and charged with indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.
