A Berks County boy was tragically injured after he was run over by a float at a local Halloween parade, according to a community member trying to raise money for the family. Nico Rizzo, 8, of Boyertown, was on a float with his football team in the Boyertown Halloween Parade on Saturday, Oct. 19, a GoFundMe campaign started by Abby Mackey, his friend's mother, states. Adriana Sabo may have survived a crash that killed three others last week in Hatboro, but her fight to stay alive will not be an easy one. The 13-year-old girl who was shot dead in Harrisburg has been identified by her family GoFundMe staff told Daily Voice on Sunday, Aug. 11. Naryah Wright of Steelton was named as the victim of the shooting early Sunday morning, the family confirmed to GoFundMe. Officials have named the driver who died after a crash near Bernville on Thursday morning, May 30. Daniel R. Schneider, 28, was headed south on the 6400 block of Bernville Road/Route 183 in Penn Township around 4:15 a.m., according to state police and the Berks Coroner's Office. Schneider's Chrysler 300 crossed into the northbound lane and hit a Toyota Highlander head-on, troopers said.
