Elovens Joseph Arrested In NJ: US Marshals US Marshals have arrested a man accused of fleeing police in Bensalem.  Elovens Joseph was wanted for aggravated assault and related counts after authorities said he crashed into two police vehicles on the 3600 block of Street Road on Feb. 28.  US Marshals said they arrested him in Somerdale, New Jersey on Thursday, April 4.  Court records show Joseph is also charged with aggravated assault by vehicle, criminal use of a communications facility, drug charges, and other offenses.
