Vigil Planned For Bucks Flood Victims As Search For Missing Kids Continues Officials in Bucks County are still seeking the two young children who were swept away during flash flooding on Sunday, July 16.  As the search for 9-month-old Conrad Sheils and his sister 2-year-old Matilda enters day three, Upper Makefield police say they are shutting down roads in the area to ease their efforts.
