Crash Shuts Down Route 422 In Exeter Township Exeter police responded to a crash on Route 422 on Wednesday afternoon, June 12.  Authorities said it happened near Daniel Boone Road around 2:30 p.m.  "Motorists should expect the road to be closed for an extended period of time," Exeter police said.  WFMZ reports a Minersville woman died as a result of the crash. 14-Year-Old Girl, School Bus Driver Killed In Multi-Vehicle Crash On I-79, Coroner Says A 14-year-old girl and a school bus driver died in a multi-vehicle crash along Interstate 79 Tuesday afternoon, according to the Butler County coroner’s office. The school bus hit the back of a tractor-trailer while traveling north on I-19 near the Route 422 interchange, as reported by WPXI. The multi-vehicle crash happened between Exit 96: PA 488 - PORTERSVILLE/PROSPECT and Exit 105: PA 108 - SLIPPERY ROCK, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
