Vandals Intentionally Disabled Windmills In Schuylkill County: State Police Authorities are looking for the vandals who fired a gun into commercial windmills in Union Township.  State police said it's happened multiple times since March.  The vandals pry open the ventilation gates on the door of the windmills' electrical compartments, then fire a gun at the components inside, causing significant damage and shutting down the turbines, troopers said.  Anyone with information is asked to call PSP Frackville at 610-378-4454 or submit a tip online.

Bank Robber Makes Off With $2,100 In Schuylkill County: State Police State troopers are investigating a bank robbery in McAdoo on Thursday, May 30.  Police said the suspect walked into the First National Bank, 25 N. Kennedy Drive, and passed the teller a note demanding money around 10:45 a.m. He made off with $2,100, fleeing on foot toward East 4th Street before heading south on North Cleveland Street, troopers said.  The suspect was a white man in his 30s with a black beard and a slender frame, according to investigators. New Philadelphia Murders: Troopers Offer $10K Reward In Teens' Slaying Authorities are asking for the public's help to solve the murders of Hunter Mock and Angelito Caraballo.  A $10,000 reward is being offered by PSP Tips for information on the October 8. slayings.  State police have said Mock, 18, and Caraballo, 15, had gone to the wooded area known as "the Sanchez" to go target shooting with two other people on the night they were killed.  The four "remained in the area for a short period of time," before Mock was fatally shot in the head and Caraballo was stabbed to death, according to investigators. Schuylkill County Teen Missing, Possibly In Danger, State Police Say (Updated) UPDATE: The subject of this report has been located safely, per state police.  Troopers in Schuylkill County are asking for the public's help to locate a missing teen.  Maryanne Snyder, 17, of Frackville, was last seen around 9:30 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 22, near South Nice Street, state police said.  She was wearing a black Reebok hoodie and a green dress, troopers said. Anyone with information is asked to call PSP Frackville at 570-874-5300. If spotted, call 911.
