Justo Smoker Pleaded Guilty To Killing Amish Teen, Linda Stoltzfoos The alleged killer of 17-year-old Linda Stoltzfoos has entered a guilt plea as part of a plea deal. Justin Smoker, 35, of Lancaster, has entered a guilty plea for third degree murder among other charges as part of the deal. "This is not a compromise," say Prosecutors. He sentence will be between 35 1/2 and 71 years, with up to an additional 17 years for parole violations. The family says they, "Will never be the same again." Noel Powell III pleaded guilty on Wednesday to second-degree manslaughter, an act committed in the heat of passion with reasonable provocation, before Superior Court Judge Darlene Pereksta.  The plea agreement calls for Powell to serve 85% of the seven years - 5 years and 11 months - before he’s eligible for parole.
