Possible Measles Exposure In Philadelphia Doctor's Office, Health Department Warns The Philadelphia Health Department is warning residents of a possible measles exposure in the city earlier this month. Anyone who was in the Jefferson Health building at 33 S. 9th St., formerly 833 Chestnut St., on Tuesday, Dec. 19 between 2 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., may have been exposed to the virus, the city's health department said. Crews Battle Massive Junkyard Fire In Southwest Philadelphia About 100 firefighters are responding to a two-alarm fire at a junkyard in Southwest Philadelphia on Friday, May 26, the city Fire Department says.  Firefighters have been on the scene at South 61st Street and West Passyunk Avenue since about 10:50 a.m., PFD wrote on Twitter.
