Dead Woman Found Half-Naked On Philadelphia Patio, Police Say
A homeowner found a half-undressed dead stranger on a patio Sunday evening, Sept. 29, Philadelphia Police announced. An unidentified woman in her 30s was found lying face down and unresponsive on a patio in the 1800 block of South 22nd Street in Philadelphia by the homeowner, police detailed in the release. PFD-Medic Unit pronounced her dead at 6:42 p.m. "There appears to be no visible trauma to the body and no drug paraphernalia on the scene," as stated in the police release. Philly Police ID Shooting Victim
Philadelphia police have identified the woman shot to death early Monday, Aug. 26. Kelly Kane, 41, was shot shortly after midnight on the 2500 block of Kensington Avenue, Philadelphia police said. Kane had a gunshot wound to the right arm. PFD-Medic Unit transported the victim to Temple University Hospital, where she succumbed to his injury at 12:34 a.m., police said. Fatal Crash Caused By Icy Road At Philadelphia Airport, Police Say (

A 51-year-old man died in a crash near Philadelphia International Airport Wednesday morning, Nov. 29, police said. The male driver struck a tree in a southbound 2004 silver Toyota on the 7800 block of Bartram Avenue around 5:45 a.m., city police said. The vehicle slid on an ice patch on the road causing the driver to lose control of the vehicle and crash, police said. PFD-Medic Unit pronounced the driver dead on the scene at 5:59 a.m. The scene was held.
