13-Year-Old, 34-Year-Old Critically Injured In Highway Shooting: Philadelphia Police A shooting near 100 Oregon Avenue in South Philadelphia left a teenager and a man critically injured on Wednesday night, Dec. 25, authorities said. Police said the incident occurred around 7:51 p.m. on the highway. A 13-year-old boy was struck once in the left hand and was taken to Jefferson Hospital by responding officers. The second victim, a 34-year-old Black man, suffered multiple gunshot wounds, including two to the stomach, one to the neck, three to the arm, and one to the hip.
