Vandals Cause $100K In Damage At West Philly Apartments: Police Police are looking for 10 people who they said vandalized an apartment building in West Philadelphia.  The group caused $100,000 in damages at the Olympic Tower Apartments at 4900 Spruce Street late on May 1, according to PPD. Police said they broke windows and threw purple paint at the building.  PPD footage PhiladelphiaPolice Authorities said the suspects were wearing masks and dark clothing.  Anyone with information is asked to call 215-686-8477 or submit a tip on the PPD website.
