Propane Tank Caused Home Explosion That Killed 45-Year-Old Jersey Shore Man: Prosecutor A propane tank is to blame for the home explosion that killed a 45-year-old Jersey Shore man on Tuesday, Oct. 31, authorities said. Kevin Thomas, 45, was found on his front lawn of 253 Neptune Dr., with serious burns, and airlifted to Temple Burn Center in Philadelphia after the explosion that turned into a fire ravaged his house, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Pennsylvania Man Indicted For Jersey Shore Motel Shooting: Prosecutor A 43-year-old man from Pennsylvania has been indicted for attempted murder at a Jersey Shore motel, where he allegedly shot a man in the head, authorities said. Jose Serrano-Robles, of Lebanon, PA, also was indicted on Thursday, March 24 for weapons offenses, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer. The indictment was in connection with a shooting on Aug. 16, 2021, in Seaside Heights, Billhimer said. PA Woman Charged In Stabbing Death Of Her Jersey Shore Dad, His GF A 55-year-old Pennsylvania woman was arrested on accusations she stabbed her Jersey Shore dad and his girlfriend dead, authorities announced. Sherry Lee Heffernan, of Landenberg, is accused of killing John Enders, 87, of Surf City, and Francoise Pitoy, 75, of Manchester, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer and Surf City Police Chief John N. Casella, Jr. said. Surf City police found the bodies of Enders and Pitoy on Oct. 3 around 4 p.m., at a North 7th Street home while conducting a welfare check, police said. This is a developing story.
