Accused Catalytic Converter Thief Busted With Burglar’s Tools, Crack Cocaine In Ewing: Police A Trenton man previously accused of stealing catalytic converters was busted with a variety of burglar’s tools and crack cocaine by officers investigating even more catalytic converter thefts around Ewing, police said. Ewing Police Officer David Massi saw Anthony Riggins, 49, crouching behind a vehicle while patroling Troy Avenue around 3:55 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 11, authorities said in a release. Bucks County, PA, Man Indicted In South Jersey Teenager's Shooting Death A 22-year-old man from Bucks County, Pennsylvania, has been indicted for fatally shooting a teenager at a South Jersey gas station, authorities said.  A grand jury indicted Tamir Phillips of Bensalem, PA, on charges of first-degree murder and weapons offenses, according to Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina. Stabbing At PA Halloween Party Lands Maryland Residents In Jail, Police Say A stabbing at a Halloween party in Pennsylvania has landed three people in police custody, according to a statement released by police. Northern York County Regional police were called to investigate a stabbing at a home in the 4300 block of Walters Hatchery Road in North Codorus Township on Oct. 31 just before 1 a.m., Lt.
