15-Year-Old Girl Shot In Neck, Critically Injured: Philadelphia PD A 15-year-old girl is in critical condition after she was shot in North Philadelphia on Tuesday night, July 23, according to police.  The victim was struck once in the neck around 8:20 p.m. and taken to Albert Einstein Hospital, authorities said in a release.  She was shot in on the 1400 block of West Loudon Street from a dark grey Chevrolet Malibu during an "altercation," investigators believe. Police Name ATV Rider Killed In Philadelphia Crash Authorities have identified the ATV rider who died in a North Philadelphia wreck on Thursday night, June 13.  Michael Anthony Pembleton was headed south on Broad Street when his ATV hit the passenger side of a Subaru near Westmoreland Street, PPD said.  Pembleton, 35, was taken to Temple University Hospital and pronounced dead around 9 p.m., city police said.  The driver of the Subaru remained on the scene and no arrests have been made, officials said. An investigation is underway.

Motorcyclist Hit, Killed By Stolen Car In Philadelphia: Police (Updated) Five teenagers were taken into custody after a deadly crash in North Philadelphia on Tuesday night, May 28, city police say.  Authorities said the teens were driving in a stolen Kia on Front Street when they struck a motorcyclist heading west on Hunting Park Avenue.  The motorcyclist, 55-year-old Wilberto Casillas, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.  The five teens fled on foot and were later arrested, according to PPD. Officers responded to find the victim with a single gunshot wound to the "lower right stomach."
