Terrorism Charges For Justin Mohn, Bucks DA Says Justin Mohn faces new criminal charges including three counts of terrorism, the Bucks County District Attorney's Office announced Thursday, Feb. 15.  Mohn, 32, of Levittown, was previously accused of killing his federal employee father at his Middletown home, beheading his corpse, and uploading the grisly footage to YouTube on Jan. 30.  In the video, authorities said Mohn called for "all militia and patriots across the United States to kill all federal employees." Justin Mohn Beheads Dad Michael Mohn On YouTube: Affidavit A 32-year-old Levittown man beheaded his dad and posted an approximately 14-minute-long video showing his dad's head on YouTube, authorities announced late Tuesday night.  Justin Mohn beheaded his government employee dad, 68-year-old Michael F.
