A 67-year-old man from Buckingham Township, Bucks County, died after a crash along Route 33 in Northampton County, the coroner’s office announced on Tuesday, Nov. 26. Jerome J. Ozovek suffered a medical event, leading to the crash on the northbound off-ramp to Main Street at the Tatamy Exit in Palmer Township on Monday, Nov. 25, according to Northampton County Coroner Zachary Lysek. A 44-year-old kayaker was found dead in Swatara Creek, the Dauphin County Coroner's Office confirmed Friday morning. The Lancaster man was kayaking with friends when "he appears to have had a medical event," on Thursday, June 13, according to the coroner's release. The Lehigh County woman who died in a head-on collision on State Route 873 on Tuesday, Nov. 29 experienced a "medical event" that caused her to lose control of her car, according to officials.
