DA: West Norriton Man 'Shook Life' Out Of 6 Week Old Daughter, Gets 3rd Degree Murder Charge A West Norriton man was arrested on third-degree murder charges for allegedly "shaking the life" out of his six-week-old daughter after she fell from his bed, authorities said. Police were dispatched on reports of a cardiac arrest to a home on Centre Avenue on Feb. 22 around noon to find Kendra Simmons performing CPR on her infant daughter, MacKenna Baylis, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R.
