Emergency crews were called to the scene at Oak Shade Cheese factory in Kirkwood, Little Britain Township around 3 p.m., dispatchers at LCWC detailed. Although smoke with the only thing reported, more than 20 fire crews responded to the scene. Three people from the horse and buggy were injured, but it was not clear if they were taken to a hospital. Amish Child Crushed To Death By Farm Wagon In PA ID'd (Update) A 5-year-old has died after being run over by a farm wagon, authorities told Daily Voice.  The boy has been identified as Samuel K. Yoder, authorities confirmed to Daily Voice on Monday, July 31. He was struck and run over at a farm located in the 150 block of Fulton Britain Road in Little Britain Township, according to a Grothey. Emergency medical services were called to the scene at 10:20 a.m. on Monday, July 24, 2023, he explained.
