'Armed, Dangerous' Murder Suspect Turns Himself Over To Police In Central PA A Central Pennsylvania man wanted in connection with a weekend killing has turned himself over to authorities, according to an updated release on Tuesday. Terrance McCain, 37, was wanted for criminal homicide following the shooting on the 900 block of S. Duke Street around 1:20 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 30 in Lancaster, police said.
