Mercer County Man Uploaded Child Pornography, Recorded Sex Acts With Horse: Prosecutor A Mercer County man is accused of uploading a significant amount of child pornography and recording himself engaging in sex acts with a horse, authorities announced Monday. Mitchell B. Richtman, 31, was arrested Thursday after a search of his East Windsor home turned up devices containing a second-degree amount of child pornography depicting children as young as five years old, Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J.
