Shooting Victim Lying Face-Up On Highway Under White Sheet In Philadelphia: Police A shooting victim was found lying in the roadway under a white sheet overnight in Philadelphia, police said. Officers were called to 2900 Westmont Street around 1:20 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 28 for a "hospital case," city police said. There, they found the unidentified Hispanic man lying face-up in the roadway under a sheet, having suffered a gunshot wound to the right side of his face, police said. The victim had just crossed Park Place while walking south on Moore Street during the Tuesday evening incident, police said.
