'American Cultures' Teacher, PA Dad Admits To Uploading Child Porn To Kik
The former eighth-grade "American Cultures" teacher at Hershey Middle School, Arthur "Art" Neal Titzel has pleaded guilty and been sentenced after being caught uploading videos of child pornography to the social media app Kik, according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice. The 53-year-old from Camp Hill is "a teacher of American history interested in the many stories that tell us who we are and where we came from," according to one of his many social media accounts.
