Man Attempts To 'Bite', 'Spit' On Kennett Square Officers, Police Say
An Avondale man is accused of trying to bite and spit on Kennett Square police officers while they tried to take him to a hospital, the department said in a release. Erik Herrera-Bedolla, 21, is charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, and harassment, said KSPD. Authorities said it happened on Sunday, Jan. 14 at the 100 block of North Willow Street. He was released on $7,500 bail and has a hearing scheduled for Jan. 24, court records show.

A Chester County dentist is accused of touching a patient's breasts at his Paoli practice. James Godorecci of Main Line Dental Aesthetics is charged with misdemeanor indecent assault and harassment, said the Chester County District Attorney's Office in a release. In the criminal complaint, the alleged victim told police she had been seeing Godorecci for regular dental care and treatment for her temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ.) Allentown Assault Suspect In Police Custody: Officials
A man wanted for assaulting another person in Allentown over the summer has been arrested, authorities say. Micheal C. Williams had been charged with simple assault and harassment stemming from an incident on June 30, according to State Police. He was also wanted for an alleged parole violation. Williams, 52, was booked at the Lehigh County jail and held in lieu of a $5,000 bail, according to court records. An Allentown man is charged with making terroristic threats while brandishing a gun at an area home on Sunday, Nov. 26. A Palmyra man tried to reach up a woman's shorts while she was pumping gas at a Morgantown Sheetz, according to authorities. Police said Dean Balsamo, 44, approached the 18-year-old victim around 2:40 p.m. on August 8 and groped her. Police are seeking two teenagers who they say harassed a pair of children at a playground in Bedminster Township on Wednesday, June 14. It happened around 8:30 p.m., police said in a release.
