Cold CASE: More Questions Than Answers In Philly Girl's 1985 Disappearance Nearly 40 years after she was last seen, police are still working to establish the basic facts in the disappearance of 3-year-old Jeanine Barnwell.  Barnwell was reported missing on Nov. 15, 1985, but investigators have long suspected she vanished before that day, according to Pennsylvania State Police.  She was last seen by her mother and is said to have gone missing from her Germantown home at 5169 Wakefield Street.  Many circumstances surrounding her disappearance are still unknown, but initial investigators suspected foul play, according to missing persons database …

Woman, 21, Charged In SEPTA Driver's Deadly Shooting The woman accused of killing a SEPTA bus driver on his route Thursday morning, Oct. 26 now faces murder charges, according to authorities.  Twenty-one-year-old Zhontay Capers was arrested by plainclothes SEPTA police officers less than a mile from the scene of the shooting, officials said.
