Philly Passenger Opened Fire After Fender Bender, Say Authorities Philadelphia police are looking for the pair who shot a gun at the other driver following a minor car accident last weekend.  It happened on the 300 block of North Broad Street on Sunday, Feb. 26, the department said in a statement. After getting into a fender bender around 3:40 a.m., investigators say the 38-year-old victim pulled over to exchange information.  But the suspects, the driver and the passenger of the other car, exited their vehicle and "assaulted the victim," according to police.
