Devil's Pool Claims Life Of Man In Philadelphia
The body of a drowned 38-year-old man was recovered from Wissahickon Creek in Philadelphia Friday, June 16, authorities said Daily Voice. The man was walking across the creek at Devil’s Pool when he fell in around 6:05 p.m., Philadelphia police said. His body was recovered approximately one hour later and he was pronounced dead at the scene. According to the Friends of Wissahickon website, Devil's Pool is a natural basin that's 15 feet deep and 25 feet wide.
