A Pennsylvania parole violator is accused of giving a man enough fentanyl to cause the deaths of 30 adults, police said.
Tyler Michael Singer, 27 of North Locust Street, Palmyra has been arrested in connection with the July 2022 death of a 26-year-old Gregory "Greg" Ristenbatt, Palmrya police said.

A 28-year-old Bucks County man is accused of killing his mom by spiking her iced tea with fentanyl then killing her in Philadelphia over the weekend, authorities said.
Sean Rivera, of the Morrisville section of Falls Township, drugged his 72-year-old mom, Carol J. Clark, before driving her to Philadelphia where he shot and killed her, Bucks County District Attorney Matthew Weintraub said.
