Macy’s Closing 4 PA Locations Including Wanamaker Center City Philly Store Macy’s, Inc. confirmed Thursday, Jan. 9, that its Center City Philadelphia store in the historic Wanamaker building will close, along with three other Pennsylvania locations, as part of the company's nationwide "Bold New Chapter" strategy. Alleged Creeper Who Took Photos In Men's Bathroom ID'd By Police In Philly Area A Philadelphia area man is wanted by police after authorities say he secretly took photos of shoppers in the bathroom at a Chester County mall.  Richard Balanow, 49, of Pottstown, is wanted on an arrest warrant for multiple counts of invasion of privacy, West Whiteland police told Daily Voice.  Investigators believe Balanow took pictures and videos inside two different men's rooms at Exton Square Mall. West Whiteland Police Seek ID For Carnival Assault Suspect Police are seeking the public’s help identifying a woman wanted for an assault in Chester County. The woman pictured above in the neon pink sweatshirt was captured on video allegedly assaulting the victim during a carnival at the Exton Square Mall around 8:50 p.m. on Saturday, June 11, West Whiteland police said.
