Car Salesman ID'd As Pedestrian Killed By Tractor Trailer On NJ Turnpike
The pedestrian struck and killed by a tractor trailer on the NJ Turnpike over the weekend has been identified as a 43-year-old Somerdale man. Charles Niclas 3rd, 43, was standing outside of a vehicle on the shoulder but in the northbound lane of travel when he was struck by a Peterbuilt tractor hauling a fifth wheel recreational vehicle near milepost 648.4 on Saturday, April 16, New Jersey State Police Trooper Alejandro Goez said. Pedestrian Killed On NJ Turnpike
A pedestrian was struck and killed by a car on the NJ Turnpike in Mercer County Saturday, April 16, authorities said. The crash occurred on the northbound side of the highway in the outer roadway at milepost 68.4 in East Windsor around 12:25 p.m., New Jersey State Trooper Alejandro Goez said. The driver of the car that struck the victim remained on scene and was not injured while the pedestrian was pronounced dead, Goez said. The right two lanes were closed for accident investigation.

Mercer County Man Uploaded Child Pornography, Recorded Sex Acts With Horse: Prosecutor
A Mercer County man is accused of uploading a significant amount of child pornography and recording himself engaging in sex acts with a horse, authorities announced Monday. Mitchell B. Richtman, 31, was arrested Thursday after a search of his East Windsor home turned up devices containing a second-degree amount of child pornography depicting children as young as five years old, Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. 3 Cars Stolen From Mercer County Town In Matter Of Days, Police Say
Three cars were stolen from one Mercer County town in a matter of days, local police confirmed. The vehicles were stolen out of Robbinsville Township in a matter of several days, police said in a Wednesday release. Two of the vehicles stolen had the keys/key fobs left inside, and the third was taken while it was still running. The sudden death of a beloved soccer coach, engineer and father has left a South Jersey community devastated. Thomas G. Pagani, of Robbinsville, died Nov. 10 at the age of 52, his obituary says. Born in Newark, Pagani grew up in Kearny and moved to East Windsor before settling in Robbinsville, where he had lived for over a decade, according to his memorial. A 36-year-old man from Mercer County has been admitted into an intervention program in an animal cruelty case, authorities said. Matthew Wydrinski of East Windsor pleaded not guilty on Thursday to an allegation that he left his pit bull dog malnourished, according to Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri.
