Sadie Sapp, 18, of Rising Sun, Maryland, stabbed an East Nottingham Township resident in the 2800 block of Forge Road, state police said in a news release. She then fled in a vehicle. Chesco Kennel Owner Neglected Dog, Jury Finds The proprietor of a Chester County pet kennel neglected a dog in her care, resulting in his death, a jury has found.  Denise Durfor, owner of Pleasant Pet Resort in East Nottingham Township, was convicted of animal neglect, the Chester County District Attorney's Office announced Friday, Jan. 27.  The charges stem from the death of Roscoe, a Pekinese in Durfor's care. Chesco Man Missing In Lancaster: State Police State police are searching for 59-year-old Thomas Caldwell, who hasn't been seen since Sunday, Jan. 22.  Troopers say Caldwell, of East Nottingham Township, was last spotted on the 2600 block of Robert Fulton Highway in Fulton Township, Lancaster County. At the time, he was wearing a black sweatshirt and a dark-colored ballcap.  Caldwell is described as 5-foot-10 and 230 pounds with grey hair.
