Stabbing At Trader Joe's Warehouse Leads To Worker's Arrest: PA State Police
A stabbing at a Trader Joe's Warehouse in Northampton County led to the arrest of a worker on Tuesday, Oct. 22, according to the Pennsylvania State Police. Cristian Burgos Vasquez, 39, a worker at the warehouse located at 6835 Silver Crest Road, East Allen Township, stabbed a co-worker multiple times with a knife following a verbal argument, state police said in a news release. Troopers from Troop M in Bethlehem arrived on scene, treated the victim's wounds, and arrested Vasquez at 6:49 p.m., according to the news release. A father of two died following a crash into a tree on Wednesday night, July 17, Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio announced the following morning. Johny M. Roustic, 51, of East Allen Township, crashed on Pembroke Road near East Washington Avenue in Bethlehem around 8 p.m., city police detailed in a separate release. A Northampton County man faces more than a dozen felony charges related child sex abuse material, state authorities said. Bruno Gomes, 47, of East Allen Township, was taken into custody after troopers executed a search warrant at his Colony Drive home on Thursday, Feb. 16, state police wrote. The body of a 31-year-old man reported missing last week was found near a hiking trail in Northampton County Sunday, Aug. 7, authorities announced.
