Paperwork Confusion Means 25 PA Drunk Drivers Should Have Lost Licenses Before Fatal Crash: DA A 30-year man with a history of drunk driving was supposed to have his license revoked before a deadly crash in central Pennsylvania, and the investigation into the crash revealed 24 other times court documents were not properly filed and drivers licenses were not revoked, authorities say.
