Disney+ To Raise Prices Along With Several Other Major Streaming Services
Another year, another streaming service price hike. Disney+, the streaming video platform that boasts more than 150 million users, is raising the price of its monthly subscriptions beginning Thursday, Oct. 17, the company said. The spike comes as Disney said it will crack down on password-sharing, Variety reported. The House of the Mouse announced earlier this year that prices for its most basic package with advertisements will climb from $8 to $10 monthly. Disney+ Premium will also rise by $2 to $16 monthly. Lifelong Mercer County resident Charles John “CJ” Kelly died unexpectedly at Capital Health Regional Medical Center – Fuld in Trenton on Saturday, Nov. 26. He was 32. Halo is recalling five models of its children’s projector flashlights because the company has received two reports of children accessing the button cell batteries and in one case swallowing them. The child who swallowed the battery required surgery to remove it. The company says the models include it’s Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, Avengers, and ESPN projector flashlights. Nicole Alicia Brockwell (Yeagley) of Warrington (Bucks County), died on Feb. 17, 2021. She was 35-years-old. Northampton County native, server and Sons of The American Legion member Thomas Hawk died Nov. 29 at the age of 26. Hawk was born in Allentown and attended Northampton Area High School.
