A Levittown man is accused of pulling his pants down in front of a neighbor's doorbell camera, according to a criminal complaint filed by Bristol Township police.
Charles George Swenson, 40, is charged with indecent exposure, harassment, and disorderly conduct, authorities said.
The incident happened on the 100 block of Idlewild Road on Sunday, July 21, police wrote in the affidavit. Authorities have arrested the man they say was caught on video fatally shooting another in Norristown.
Eugene Ware, 41, of Philadelphia, is charged with the murder of 35-year-old Tyrone Guy on West Main Street late on Monday, Nov. 21.
He was taken into custody in Bucks County early on Wednesday, Nov. 30, after a "brief standoff" at a home in Sellersville, officials said.

A raid of a 64-year-old Pennsylvania man's home turned up several firearms, some loaded and some illegal, and methamphetamine, authorities said.
Scott Allen McCaughey, of Plumstead township, is banned from owning weapons due to a 1980 robbery conviction, the Bucks County District Attorney's Office said.
