Teen Bicyclist Killed In Philadelphia Hit-Run Crash Died Doing What He Loved, Family Says
Billy McWilliams died doing what he loved: Riding his bike.
The 16-year-old bicyclist was riding at Woodhaven and Byberry roads around 4:15 a.m. Friday, July 28, when he was struck by a vehicle, which fled the scene, Philadelphia police said.
Billy, who was pronounced dead at the scene, is being remembered on a GoFundMe page as an adoring sibling.

Murder By Vehicle: Philadelphia Hit-Run Spree Suspect ID'd, Police Say
Philadelphia police are looking for the woman who they say hit three people with her car last year and fled the scene each time.
Neera Nicolas-Hudson, 32, is wanted for murder, homicide by vehicle, and related counts, city police said in a release.
Authorities said that Nicolas-Hudson was involved in a multi-vehicle accident on the 100 block of North Delaware Avenue on Dec. 26, which she drove away from, according to investigators.
In that crash, the driver of a scooter was taken to Jefferson Hospital with a shattered lower leg, police said.
