A 39-year-old man from Pennsylvania has been found guilty in a police-involved shooting, authorities said.
James Kratz, of Downingtown, was found guilty on charges of aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of a child, terroristic threats, and related offenses, Chester County District Attorney Deb Ryan announced Friday, April 15.
The incident began on Feb. 27, 2021, when Pennsylvania State Police were dispatched to a home on Steeple Chase Road in West Bradford Township in response to a report of a domestic disturbance, the DA said.

Fonte Dupree Carrier of Houtzdale supposedly endangered his two-month-old son causing his death, on May 10, 2021, Susquehanna Township police say and court records confirm.

A 17-month-old baby was thrown across a room and a 14-year-old boy was attacked by their mom, police say.
Manor Township Officer Carolyn Gundel was dispatched to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 200 block of Stone Mill Road on Monday, Mar. 14 around 7:15 p.m., according to a release by the department.
