Three Sisters Charged In Chesco Break-In, Assault Three sisters in Chester County face various criminal charges related to an alleged break-in and assault at an Oxford Township home late on Sunday, April 16.  Police were called to an 8th Street residence at around 8:15 p.m., for a reported burglary, the department said in a release.  There, a victim said that three sisters whom she knew had entered her home without permission, authorities wrote.
