Massachusetts Man Endangered Child While Fleeing Near Pennsylvania Mall: Police
A Massachusetts man is wanted for endangering a child and fleeing police near a mall in central Pennsylvania, authorities announced on Tuesday, Sept. 20.
Jose L. Santiago, 41, of New Bedford, MA, fled from police near the Colonial Park Mall located at 4600 Jonestown Road in Harrisburg, PA on Aug. 20, according to a release by the Lower Paxton Township police department.
He was arrested and briefly held in the Dauphin County Prison, but was released on Aug. 21, on a $10,000 surety bond, court records show.

One Caught, Two Sought In Deadly Chester Shooting
One suspect was caught while two were being sought in connection with a deadly shooting last month in Chester, authorities in Delaware County announced.
Damar Macklin, 21, of Chester, was charged with first and third-degree murder, criminal homicide, firearms not to be carried without a license, and other offenses in the shooting death of Kashif Love on Monday, Aug. 22, according to court records and Chester City police.
Macklin, who was arrested on Wednesday, Aug. 24, remained held in Delaware County Prison without bail, records show.

Police are seeking the whereabouts of a newly identified man who they believe is the prime suspect in a triple homicide that occurred nearly three years ago in Reading.
Marli Alonso, 18, Omar Harris, 20, and Joel Cintrón, 19, were shot dead in the 600 block of Moss Street on Dec.12, 2018, according to the Reading Police Department.
The investigation led to an arrest warrant for Jairo Guerrero-Bautista for 1st-degree murder, 3rd-degree murder, and related charges.
