A Pennsylvania Family Dollar employee was fired and was charged for multiple crimes including the murder of a man in Texas, authorities say. Joseph "Joey" C. Tedder, 22 of Hutchinson, Kansas, was arrested in Pittsburgh on Wednesday night, according to a release by the Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office.
