A husband and wife team of Pennsylvania doctors have been sentenced for a urine drug test fraud, the US Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation announced on Tuesday, Sept. 24.
Physician with specialized training in anesthesiology, John H. Johnson and his physician wife, Paula Z. Johnson, both age 62, of Hollidaysburg, were sentenced for committing fraud by U.S. District Court Judge Christopher C. Conner on Tuesday, Sept. 17, as detailed in the USDOJ release.

An Alabama man sits in a Northampton County jail cell after authorities say he opened fire during a road rage incident on Tuesday, Sept. 12.
Jesus Torres Gonzalez, 45, of Birmingham, Ala., is charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, and related counts, according to state police.
The shooting occurred in the westbound lanes of Route 22 in Bethlehem Township around 4:45 p.m., troopers said. Investigators believe Gonzalez fired two shots at a Honda Civic from his 2006 BMW Z4.
