State police were called to a report of an unconscious fall victim in Glen Onoko Falls in Carbon County around 10:30 a.m. Sunday, police say. Upon arrival, police found first responders from fire and EMS crews carrying the unidentified 72-year-old woman down the mountain, according to the police release. The bodies of the 18- and- 50-year-old men were found by a Millville resident coming home from work inside of the garage at a home on the 2000 block of Wheaton Avenue (Route 555) around 2:45 a.m., the outlet said citing local police. The incident appears to be accidental, the outlet said, citing a Millville police spokesman. Police did not say if the men were residents of the home or if they died of carbon monoxide poisoning. Ian Matthew Crystal, 46, had allegedly taken acid and had been drinking and smoking pot before falling 30 to 50 feet during intermission at the Dead & Company show, NYPD told NY Post. Crystal is the Co-Founder & CEO of Evolution Spirits Inc., the creator of Monkey Rum, according to his LinkedIn page. Emergency Dispatch Services sent a coroner to the fatal scene at the Enola Yard located at 218 North Enola Road on Wednesday shortly before 5 p.m.  The man was identified as, Stuart Riggs, 58, of Mechanicsburg, according to the Cumberland County coroner. Allentown Woman Dies From Burn Injuries Month After House Fire An Allentown woman died Monday from burns sustained in a house fire last month, authorities said. Maria Lantigua Pilar, 79, died of complications from 3rd-degree burns during a house fire in the 400 Block of North Railroad Street on April 10, according to the Lehigh County Coroner's office. She was pronounced dead at the Lehigh Valley Hospice, Inpatient Unit on Monday. Her death was ruled an accident, the office said. Along with the coroner's office, her death is also being investigated by the Allentown Fire department.
