13-Year-Old Girl Struck In Hit-Run Involving DoorDash Driver: Abington Police A 13-year-old girl is in the hospital and two 21-year-old men have been arrested following a hit-and-run in Abington Township, police announced on Friday night, Oct.11. The men involved in the crash are both from Philadelphia, according to the police.  The driver, Jason MacDonald will be charged with numerous felonies related to aggravated assault, reckless driving, and fleeing an accident. Trucker Shot In Apparent Road Rage Incident, Say Abington Police The large police presence that shut down the Fairway in Abington early on Wednesday was in response to an apparent road rage shooting, say township authorities.  It began at 8:20 a.m. on April 5, when police were called to 1575 Fairway in Jenkintown section for reports of shots fired, the department wrote in a release hours later.  The victim, a delivery driver for Pepsi, told officers that a driver in a white van pulled in front of him, stopped abruptly, then exited the vehicle.
