Hit-Run Victim Was Laying In Road Before Crash: Philadelphia Police City police are investigating a hit-and-run accident in Phildaelphia's Fairhill section early Wednesday morning, Dec. 27.  It happened near 501 W. Lehigh Avenue around 3 a.m., authorities said in a release.  The suspect vehicle before the crash.  PhiladelphiaPolice Realtime traffic camera footage shows the victim was lying in the street when he was hit by a red SUV, possibly a GMC or Cadillac, according to police.
