'Give Me My Food:' Woman With Gun Threatens Philly Chipotle Workers Closing Early

Philadelphia police are searching for an armed woman caught on surveillance video threatening Chipotle workers, authorities said.

The incident unfolded on Sept. 18  around 5 p.m. when a manager at the Cottman Avenue store instructed a cashier to close the store to customers due to a staffing shortage.  The cashier told the waiting customers they had to order their food online.

The woman took the gun out of her bag and asked to speak to a manager, Philadelphia police said. She told the worker if someone didn't make her food, that she would be back and there would be a problem, police said.

A co-worker made the woman's order in an effort to get her to leave. The woman put the gun back in her purse.

After making the order, the woman displayed the gun again and said "somebody better give me my food." The woman took the food and left the store in an unknown direction, police said.
