Trudell T. George, 23, is charged with felony drug possession with intent to deliver and a misdemeanor paraphernalia offense, said Bensalem police.

Authorities said that postal workers discovered a package inbound to George's Burnley Court home containing 130 THC cartridges. Bensalem police were watching on Monday, March 20 when postal carriers made a "controlled delivery" of the package to George's property, the department said.

The 23-year-old had taken the box from the mail carrier and was headed back inside when police placed him under arrest, officials said. Inside, police claimed to find 15 other vape cartridges in addition to the package delivered by USPS.

After his arraignment Monday, George was remanded to the Bucks County lockup in lieu of 10 percent of a $30,000 bond, state court records show. He will return before Magisterial District Judge Michael W. Gallagher for a preliminary hearing on March 28, according to judicial filings.
