Township police were called to the school, 4319 Hulmeville Road, to investigate reported threats on Wednesday, June 14, the department said in a release.
Officers worked with school district administrators and learned the student, 15, was "responsible for the threat because she was upset about her grade in class." The student had no access to weapons and the teacher was "not in any immediate danger," police noted.
The Bucks County District Attorney's Office is charging the girl with making terroristic threats, the department added.
