Kyle Craker, of the 900 block of Siddonsburg Road, in Fairview Township, was not wearing a seatbelt and was thrown from his vehicle after losing control in the area of Alpine Road and Boar Mooring 3 Road in Warrington Township around 7 p.m. as detailed in the coroner's release. Man With Knife Barricades Himself In Philly Basement Philadelphia Police responded to a man barricaded inside a basement, authorities said. The person had a weapon on the 4100 block of Devereaux Street (private rowhome) at 10:49 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 19, they said. A 44-year-old Hispanic male locked himself inside the basement of this property, police said. The male is possibly armed with a knife. It was declared a barricade at 12:24 p.m.

Unconscious Man Rescued From Roof In Lancaster County: Officials (Photos) Multiple fire companies worked together to rescue an unconscious man from the roof of a home on Wednesday afternoon, Aug. 14, the Witmer Fire Protective Association announced later that day.  The elderly man was found "not alert, stuck on top of a roof of a mobile home, and unable to get down," as stated in the release.  Members of Lafayette, Witmer, and Ronks fire companies, as well as Lancaster EMS, worked together to get the man down safely. It's unclear why the man was on the roof.

Crews Respond To Back-To-Back Fires In Bethlehem City fire crews were at the scene of two blazes in Bethlehem on Tuesday, July 9, officials said.  The first fire broke out on East Broad Street and reached two alarms before being brought under control, firefighters wrote in a statement Wednesday. The second blaze was on the 1800 block of Norwood Street. First Responders Rescue Watercraft From Delaware River: Njsp First responders rescued a watercraft from the Delaware River in Burlington County on Sunday evening, June 30, authorities said. At about 5 p.m., New Jersey State Police troopers responded to a report of a personal watercraft stuck on a sandbar near Hawk Island in Delanco Township, according to Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron, a NJSP spokesman. The craft was dislodged from the sandbar and escorted to a marina, Lebron said. No injuries were reported.  The incident remains under investigation, and no additional information is available, he said.
