Crash Victim Found Lying Dead In Road, Lancaster County Coroner Says A 33-year-old man was found lying on the road Sunday morning, Aug. 11, the Lancaster County Coroner announced the following day. Alexis Garcia-Burgos, of the 700 block of King Street, Lancaster, PA was pronounced dead at the scene of the two-vehicle crash at 8:15 a.m., as detailed in the coroner's release. Coroner Reveals Cause Of Death For Manheim Mom (Update) A 66-year-old mom of two has died following a house fire, authorities announced on Thursday, July 24.  Beth Hill Yanni, of the 2600 block of Lebanon Road in Manheim, Rapho Township, was taken to Lancaster General Hospital after "being caught in a fire at her residence," as written in the Lancaster County Coroner's report.  The fire broke out at her home around 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 24 — she was pronounced dead in the trauma bay at 9:39 p.m., the coroner explained.  Following an autopsy, her manner of death was ruled accidental and the cause was 'Smoke Inhalation and T…
